Application Range and Use
         This series of electric control systerm is thecomplete set of electric controlsysterm supporting theuse of single/multi-rope mine hoist which is dragged bythe high voltage wound-rotor asynchronous motor.it canbe matched with the newlyinstalled hoist. and also canbe apply to upgrade the old electric control system. Thissysterm adopts to the new devices:LG-BP_T/F6/10high voltage variable frequency speed control system andprogrammable logic controller(PLC)which is approvedby the related state deopartment and manufactured by oucorporation,and it completes the control for the nonsmooth acceleration,steadydecelerationsurge starl.accurate parking,and positive inversion,etc.lt has acomplete electric protection and interlock.and meetsthe<SafetyRegulations for Coal Mine>and all thereguirements of the related state standards .
          Structure Feature
          The high voltage variable frequency electric controlsystem consists ofconsole.numerically controlledhigh voltage inverter.and upper moitoringcabinet.system,etc.
        LG-BP-T/F6/10 high voltage variable frequencyspeed controlsystem adopts the advanced technologysuch as phase shifting rectifier, vector control andso on;the power factor is greater than .97andhas no harmonic pollution to the grid.it is the greenenvironmental production,Also,it can run in the badpower grid environment, with high interference rejectionand all kinds of necessary protection function.lt canapply to the common asynchronous motor.and it alsocan be used for the existing hoist without any transform
         The operation, the monitor.and the protectionsystem choose the original PLC by Siemens. adopt the 2sets of PLC system,and there's enough backup in thel/0 module.The master computer can complete all kindssemi-(like manual operation .of control requirementsautomatic,maintenance)including the special workingcondition (like low speed running)
